Understanding materials for stable ultrasonic performance
Piezoelectric formulation, forming and sintering conditions directly influence frequency, capacitance, electromechanical performance and long-term stability. Starting with the application, Sunnytec considers operating frequency, power load, installation dimensions and service environment when matching material and product structure to each ultrasonic system.
Our integrated capability covers in-house design, ceramic powder preparation, element production, transducer assembly and performance testing. Connecting material preparation with final verification provides a clearer manufacturing basis for prototype approval, parameter refinement and subsequent volume production.

Sunnytec achieved ISO 9001 quality system certification in 2000 and applies quality management across incoming materials, production processes and finished-product inspection. Depending on the product, key checks include appearance and dimensions, capacitance, resonant frequency, impedance and insulation performance.
From first-article approval and in-process inspection to final testing, defined inspection requirements support product consistency, with essential batch and test information retained. For customized projects, our technical team reviews assembly conditions and actual operating requirements so prototype validation and volume delivery follow the same acceptance basis.
