Basic information for every project

Describe the equipment, end use, target market and current project stage. For replacements, provide the original model, photos, labels, drawings and known issues.

Target frequency and tolerance
Dimensions, mounting space and connection
Capacitance, impedance, power, voltage or other key electrical data
Medium, load, temperature, duty cycle and environment
Sample quantity, validation plan, estimated annual volume and timeline

Additional information by product family

Cleaning transducers require tank, medium and part information; welding ceramics require stack and preload data; atomizing elements require liquid and drive information; beauty elements require transducer-head, coupling and device conditions.

Specification freeze and version control

After sample validation, record the model, drawing, key parameters, appearance or label requirements and acceptance conditions in the latest mutually approved specification to avoid version confusion.
